Mission

We are looking for an Engineer in Test and Validation of Defense Electronic Systems to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensure that the systems we develop meet the highest standards of quality and performance, and are usable for our defense sector customers.

Responsibilities

• Tests: develop and execute test plans for system qualification, ensure compliance with standards and requirements, analyze results and prepare reports.
• Validation: collaborate with design teams to validate systems, develop and optimise test and validation processes, participate in subcontractor selection and qualification, convince end customers of the validity of test procedures and accept results.
• Project Management: plan and supervise test & validation projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Collaboration and Communication: work closely with R&D, production and quality teams, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering or closely related field.
• Proven experience in testing and validation of electronic systems, preferably in the defense sector.
• Deep knowledge of the standards and regulations applicable to defense systems.
• Experience with test and measurement tools for electronic systems.
• Competence in the validation processes of embedded electronic systems.
• Knowledge of project management methods (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).

• Strong problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication, teamwork, collaboration with other departments, and clear documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, work independently, maintain initiative and continuous learning.
