Role Overview

Ingenieur Process Impression situé à Vitré. Responsibility to optimize, stabilize, and evolve printing processes within a cutting‑edge industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrialisation of new products in production (printing substrates, inks)
• Development and implementation of new processes and equipment
• Optimization and improvement of current processes
• Technical support to production teams
• Writing and implementing operating procedures
• Feasibility study of new client orders
• Technology watch on products and processes

Profile

• Engineer specialized in printing domain
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience
• Curious, technical, enjoys challenges to find reliable solutions
• Field oriented, adaptable and flexible in priority management
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication across multiple services and stakeholders

Skills

• Mastery of printing processes, materials, physico‑chemical phenomena
• Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
• Professional level English
• Rigor and clarity in writing
• Knowledge of risk analysis and problem‑management tools is a plus
