Ingénieur.e Mécatronique en stage

Eurofins Analyses pour le Bâtiment seeks a mechatronics engineering intern to lead technical projects in automation and motorization, including embedded systems development, CAD design, and 3D printing. The 6-month internship or final project opportunity begins January 2027 in Saint-Étienne.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded systems for motorization and automation of electron microscopes
• Design mechanical components using CAD and produce 3D-printed technical parts
• Execute mechanical and electrotechnical tasks and testing activities
• Validate technical solutions and prepare documentation
• Support production management and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in engineering school with mechatronics, electronics, or automation specialization
• Proficiency with Arduino, CAD software (FreeCAD or Fusion 360)
• Embedded programming knowledge in C/C++ or Python
• Demonstrated hands-on projects in mechanics, electrical, automation, or computing
• Project management aptitude and cross-team coordination capability
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
