Role Overview
Ingénieur(e) des Ventes Installations Neuves Ascenseurs H/F (New Installations Sales Engineer) responsible for proactive sales of new elevator equipment in new and existing buildings, managing contracts and optimizing KONE's order book.
Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant, proposing innovative solutions and promoting KONE's product range according to client needs.
- Engage directly with prescribers, general contracting firms, design offices, property developers, architects, and negotiate long‑term contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to price and negotiate proposals, ensuring compliance with rules and processes.
- Guarantee complete project delivery to sustain client satisfaction and develop services within the existing client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Higher education, commercial or technical (bac+4 to +5).
- Successful sales experience, preferably in services.
- Excellent relational skills, strong competitive spirit, persuasive, negotiation, and autonomy.
- Team-oriented approach, commitment to quality, and proficiency in English.
