We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead automation, scalability and reliability of data pipelines and infrastructure, with a direct impact on critical naval systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and optimize CI/CD pipelines for applications and data processing using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Automate integration, deployment and monitoring of applications on the Data Platform.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data integrity, performance and scalability of real‑time and batch data flows.
• Implement data orchestration and automated testing with Airflow, NiFi, Boudeepnd Test. Manage reliability and performance.
• Manage and optimize Big Data environments (Cloudera, HDFS, Hive) and coordinate resources with infrastructure teams.
• Implement data security and governance policies, promote a DataOps culture across teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent with a specialization in DevOps or Big Data.
• 2–5 years of experience in a DevOps/DataOps role.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with Cloudera, Spark, Hive, and HDFS platforms.
• Knowledge of security and data governance best practices.
• Team spirit, analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem‑solving skills.

Team & Work Environment

You will work in a multidisciplinary team of DevOps, Data Engineers, System Administrators and Big Data experts. The environment is challenging, technically demanding and offers high autonomy.
