Located in Chenôve, France, the company supports pharma and biotech organizations in drug manufacturing.

Position: Ingénieur Développement de Procédés (F/H)

Contract: 12 months

Responsibilities

Mission 1: HSE

• Provide necessary documentation to EPR prior to production launch.
• Apply, fill out, and verify safety sheets before reaction start (sections 1, 2, 7, 9).
• Identify and anticipate critical process parameters.
• Perform process safety studies (e.g., degradation temperature).
• Ensure transfer of information for IPR, procedures, RAV, RES, PRV, and PES.

Mission 2: Laboratory

• Maintain and validate traceability of experiments.
• Ensure feasibility, development or transfer of client or proprietary processes under GMP.
• Select process parameters.
• Conduct literature reviews on synthetic routes.
• Plan and control lab and Kilolab trials.
• Participate in QbD plans.
• Manage raw material orders for new projects.
• Interface with LCQ for analysis planning and timelines.
• Conduct polymorphism studies.

Mission 3: Project

• Develop project plans.
• Transfer knowledge to Kilolab and industrialization.
• Propose R&D work timelines to the site project manager.
• Meet agreed delivery deadlines.
• Present results at meetings.
• Assist in technical evaluation and pricing for new projects.
• Use MS Project, Office Timeline, Excel to schedule R&D progress.

Mission 4: Management

• Train and evaluate new technicians, engineers, and production operators on new processes.
• Ensure smooth laboratory operations.
• Assess employees, set action plans after EP, and organize training.

Qualifications

Educational Background : Ph.D. or chemical engineer, specialty in organic chemistry.
