Job Description
Au sein de notre Unité Chimie, nous proposons un CDD de 12 mois, au poste d’Ingénieur.e Production. Vous aurez pour mission :
- D'être support du Responsable support actifs pharmaceutiques
- Participer à la mise à jour de la documentation du secteur (qualité, HSE, production) et mener les formations équipes nécessaires
- Participer au pilotage de la production du secteur en étant responsable de certaines actions (HSE, qualité, performance)
- De piloter l’amélioration de la productivité et de la performance au sein de l’unité par la réalisation de plan d’action et la mise en place de diagnostics
- Suivre/analyser les données de production et déterminer les actions amélioratives à mener
- Réagir rapidement aux dysfonctionnements de ses unités (qualité, HSE, performance). Participer à la résolution et à l’analyse des dysfonctionnements avec une approche méthodique (ex : 5M, QQOQCCP, 5 pourquoi) sur les flux, les équipements ou les organisations
- D'être référent production sur les projets ayant un impact sur le secteur
Profile Description
De formation ingénieur des procédés et/ou équivalent Bac +5, vous avez des connaissances techniques en procédés de fabrication et outils industriels ainsi que sur les processus pharmaceutiques et chimiques. Vous avez une grande force de conviction et une bonne connaissance de l’environnement industriel. Rigoureux(se), précis(e), flexible, vous êtes à la fois orienté(e) client et proche des équipes au sein de votre unité. Vous avez une bonne capacité d’organisation et d’autonomie, et la gestion de projet ainsi que les outils de pilotage de performance sont à votre portée.
