Ingénieur d'Application Clinique - Région Nord Ouest

We are looking for an Ingenieur(e) d'Application Electrophysiologie to support our Cardiovascular & Speciality Solutions team in Renes, covering the North-West region.

Job Summary

As part of our innovation in cardiovascular technologies, the role involves training medical staff on the cardiac mapping system, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring clinical support across public and private establishments.

Responsibilities

• Train medical personnel on the installation and use of the J&J MedTech electrophysiology cardiac mapping system.
• Assist physicians during procedures, advising on equipment choice and software capabilities based on clinical pathology.
• Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals throughout the region, ensuring timely and effective clinical activities.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of electrophysiology from both clinical and technical perspectives.
• Track centre activity, conduct competitive intelligence and produce accurate and reliable reports.
• Plan and execute the launch of new products in centres in synergy with the application engineer and commercial attaché.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson credo and commercial conduct codes.
• Build long‑term partnerships with clients by providing effective support during electrophysiology procedures.
• Identify suitable establishments to successfully launch new charting system products.

Qualifications

• Bac +5 in engineering (Ecole d'ingénieur or equivalent) or medical/paramedical background.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a comparable electrophysiology role.
• Extensive knowledge of the target clientele (cardiologists, biomedical engineers, pharmacists, nurses) and hospital environment in public and private sectors.
• Strong passion for new technologies and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Excellent analytical and scientific data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, reliability, and organization.
• Capability to develop medium‑term strategies with leadership qualities and strong communication.
• Result‑oriented, initiative‑driven, creative, adaptable, and flexible across change.
• Good relational and listening skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: €29,800 – €47,380.
• Annual bonus with target based on company and employee performance or sales commissions.
