Job Description

In a relaxed yet passionate atmosphere, you will participate in the growth of KEYYO within the Sales & Direct Sales Department and have the opportunity to fully invest in an ambitious company project. You will help expand the presence of Keyyo in the Premium SME segment (+20 positions).

Daily Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop your client portfolio according to set objectives.
  • Address new cloud challenges of clients by understanding their business and IT environments.
  • Present, sell and negotiate project-based services (UcaaS, Centrex) and value-added solutions with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality and alignment of services in cost, time and quality.
  • Follow contracts with technical support and propose tailored solutions to develop strong client relationships.
  • Analyze sales results and propose improvements for tools and processes.
  • Represent the company's commercial policy and values.
  • Handle any disputes in collaboration with management and support services.
  • Provide regular activity reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, with confirmed experience in B2B telecom sales, at an operator, integrator, or manufacturer. Bonus: knowledge of VoIP and software publishers.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Results oriented and goal driven.
  • Shows rigor and organization.
  • Curious and enthusiastic.
  • Available, autonomous, and engaged; able to work in a team.
