Responsibilities
- Present the company's activities to clients or prospects and promote new products to private or public clients.
- Communicate all product information (prices, new versions, etc.).
- Analyze standard client/prospect needs and advise by defining the best solutions.
- Detect and qualify opportunities and convince on the relevance of the Group's solutions.
- Create and update various support documents.
- Handle administrative processes related to commercial service (quotes, tenders, etc.).
- Generate regular activity reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in commerce with at least 5 years’ experience selling SIL software or automation systems to public and private laboratories.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory biology operations and standards.
- Ability to negotiate in B2B contexts (DSI, procurement, executives) and to initiate appointments, develop and animate a contact network.
- Tenacious, proactive, pedagogical, with good interpersonal skills.
- Desirable: knowledge of KaliSil, Hexalis, or another SIL solution.
