Senior Engineer – Conduite Incidentelle et Accidentelle (CIA)

We are looking for an experienced engineer to contribute to the development of the company's nuclear engineering activities. The role requires a solid background in drafting or updating operational rules for nuclear power plants, and participation in upcoming VDi of the REP.

Responsibilities

• Lead or execute incident and accident conduct studies.
• Write, review, and update operating rules and operational guidance.
• Conduct impact analyses for technical and regulatory changes.
• Participate in Improvement File (DA), REX, and conduct reference evolution activities.
• Maintain technical exchanges with the client and attend progress meetings.
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and support verification activities.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Required Profile

• Engineer’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in nuclear.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in incident/accident conduct or nuclear safety studies.
• Significant experience on EDF-related conduct rules, operational guidance, or impact analyses.
• Good knowledge of the various power plant sizes (900, 1300 MW, N4 or EPR).
• Ability to work independently while proposing innovative solutions.
• Excellent written, analytical and synthesis skills.

Technical Competencies

• Experience with DIPDE projects.
• Knowledge of EDF document processes.
• Proficiency with professional tools (ECM, CAPE, VESPA, AICO or equivalents).
• Experience in technical facilitation or team coordination.

Contract & Location

Type of contract: CDI. Location: Marseille (with occasional travel to client sites).
