Infrastructure Project Manager

• Translate client functional requirements into technical requirements and prepare the associated project scoping documents
• Lead cross-functional, multi-project infrastructure initiatives from design through production deployment
• Coordinate production, application operations, systems, networking, telecommunications, DevOps/Cloud, security, architecture, and service provider teams
• Organize and facilitate project governance meetings
• Track action plans, risks, dependencies, and decisions requiring arbitration
• Ensure commitments related to cost, timelines, quality, and security are met
• Support teams during transformations, migrations, decommissioning activities, and compliance initiatives
• Ensure coordination between technical areas of expertise to secure project roadmaps and production deployments
• Anticipate technical and operational impacts on production environments
• Communicate progress, alerts, and decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Project Management
• Experience working in complex, multi-technology production environments
• Understanding of systems, networking, telecommunications, security, middleware, DevOps, and Cloud
• Significant experience in IT production environments
• Proven expertise in managing cross-functional, multi-project infrastructure initiatives
• Experience with infrastructure obsolescence, migration, transformation, or modernization projects
• Professional working proficiency in technical English
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, and ITIL methodologies and frameworks
• Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, coordinate diverse stakeholders, anticipate risks, and facilitate decision-making
