INFRASTRUCTURE PRODUCTION MANAGER – MANAGEMENT DE TRANSITION H/F

SCOPE

• Direct report to IT Director
• Quarterly international travel expected

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Global management and coordination for IT production and client PC/communication systems (RUN) and required IT infrastructure evolutions (BUILD)
• Implementation of ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects, main listed below:
  • Global Active Directory deployment/IAM/SSO
  • Global WAN implementation
  • Global Server hosting
  • Deployments of new customers intranet and new Saas applications on Azure
  • China production stabilization
  • Affiliates company integration
• Line management of the FR infra team (4 staff) + Functional management of the US intra team (3 staff), China (1 staff) and India (1 staff)
• Suppliers and contracts management
• Significant experience in infrastructure management or infrastructure project lead role
• Good communication and leadership, professional English written & oral
• Excellent operational skills in Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware&Hyper-V, network (firewall fortinet/watchguard and dell/cisco switches and routers) and security
• Good knowledge of relevant best practice standards ITIL/ITSM/ISO27001 and technologies
