Infrastructure Manager: Leading and managing Sector Alarm’s enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments with an accent on ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure services. Focus on infrastructure strategy, cloud & hybrid infrastructure management, and automation & operational excellence.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and management of Azure-based infrastructure.
• Oversee multi-cloud environments and integrate on-premises infrastructure with cloud services.
• Implement and manage security, governance, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Drive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineering and operations team members.
• Manage vendor relationships and support infrastructure budgeting.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing enterprise infrastructure in a complex organization.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing multi‑cloud environments, including AWS and/or GCP.
• Solid background in enterprise on‑premises infrastructure.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid work permit within the EU.
