Infrastructure Asset Management Engineer – Water Sector

• Participate in the agency's projects from start to finish, from preliminary design studies through to project completion
• Carry out condition assessments and rehabilitation projects for water-sector infrastructure
• Conduct design studies for drinking water and wastewater structures and infrastructure
• Carry out and monitor related and supplementary studies
• Manage the tendering and bid analysis phases (ACT)
• Monitor construction activities (VISA, DET, OPC and AOR)
• Contribute to technical studies in urban hydraulics, particularly assessments and master plans
• Monitor and manage construction execution
• Supervise and coordinate construction works
• Oversee project acceptance and manage closeout activities
• Work closely with the Agency Director and the Design Engineering (MOE) Division

Requirements

• University degree at Master's level or an Engineering degree in hydraulics, public works or civil engineering
• At least 6 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in CAD and drafting software, particularly AutoCAD and COVADIS
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills when working with clients and contractors
• Ability to monitor construction execution
• Ability to work in urban hydraulics and engineering consultancy/design supervision
