We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related problems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, minimize downtime, and deliver timely support to end users across the organization.
Contract: B2B Contract 1 year Extendable
Language: B2 Certified French
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees (on-site and remote)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows/Mac systems, printers, internet, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory or similar systems
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs
- Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management
- Assist in setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, devices)
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical records
- Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (laptops, accounts, email setup)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Ensure data security best practices are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP configuration)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)
