IT Support Services Team Lead – France (Hybrid) | European Operations

What You'll Do

As the IT Support Services Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of IT Support Analysts, ensuring outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement across Europe.

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of IT Support Services Analysts across multiple European locations.
  • Managing day‑to‑day IT support operations, ensuring SLA performance and effective escalation management.
  • Overseeing Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management process
  • Providing hands‑on technical guidance for complex desktop, infrastructure and networking issues.
  • Partnering with business and branch leadership to review performance metrics, prioritise initiatives and align IT services with business goals.
  • Driving team engagement, accountability and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be a confident people leader with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We’re interested in candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent commercial experience

At least 4 years’ experience in:

  • Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365/Office
  • Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi support.
  • Leading technical projects from planning through implementation.
  • Managing and developing IT Support Analysts.
  • Advanced desktop, network and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading and motivating technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Customer‑first mindset with a proactive approach to service improvement.
  • Advanced technical knowledge across desktop, server, network and helpdesk environments.
