IT Support Services Team Lead – France (Hybrid) | European Operations
What You'll Do
As the IT Support Services Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of IT Support Analysts, ensuring outstanding service delivery and continuous improvement across Europe.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of IT Support Services Analysts across multiple European locations.
- Managing day‑to‑day IT support operations, ensuring SLA performance and effective escalation management.
- Overseeing Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management process
- Providing hands‑on technical guidance for complex desktop, infrastructure and networking issues.
- Partnering with business and branch leadership to review performance metrics, prioritise initiatives and align IT services with business goals.
- Driving team engagement, accountability and continuous improvements.
What We're Looking For
You’ll be a confident people leader with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
We’re interested in candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent commercial experience
At least 4 years’ experience in:
- Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365/Office
- Microsoft Active Directory administration.
- LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi support.
- Leading technical projects from planning through implementation.
- Managing and developing IT Support Analysts.
- Advanced desktop, network and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading and motivating technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑first mindset with a proactive approach to service improvement.
- Advanced technical knowledge across desktop, server, network and helpdesk environments.
