Information Technology Desktop Support

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop support operations and endpoint services.
• Provide hardware and software break/fix support for desktops and laptops.
• Install, configure, and deploy Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Polycom meeting room solutions.
• Handle Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, printers, and endpoint devices.
• Provide executive (VVIP) user support and ensure high quality service.
• Coordinate support activities across Paris and occasional travel to the Brussels office.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows 11
  • Microsoft 365
  • Desktop, Laptop & Printer Administration
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom
  • Basic Office Network Support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
