Business Analyst
Job Purpose
- Support IT business partner to deliver on time & on budget & on scope
- Perform quality controls and monitor financial KPIs
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
- Improve adoption of processes, best practices, and internal IT systems
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost‑effective way
- Support working communication within the team.
Main Accountabilities / Measured On
- Accuracy of Project/Program reports
- Level of integration with IT Finance
- Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The person will assist IT management with Financial Management, Operational Management topics (e.g. HC tracking, various reporting), preparation of Business Cases, Budgeting
- Oversee budgeting and financials reporting, planning, and auditing
- Review / approve invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Manage forecast of run and project cost centers
- Support IT Finance by providing program financial information (Capex / Opex split)
- Operation Management
- Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
- Support the procurement process
- Monitor new‑comers and leavers to ensure compliance
- Manage relationships with vendors to stay within deadlines and budget
- Program Management
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in portfolio and project management tool
- Coach other program stakeholders on portfolio and project management process and tool
- Communication Management
- Prepare communication material to support pillar activities
- Align kit to local context
- Communicate changes in policies to operational meetings

Professional & Leadership Experience (Previous experience in terms of time and complexity)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a position with comparable complexity
- Good level of understanding of IT service delivery processes
- Strong PPM tool and Microsoft Office skills
- Financial skills a plus
Education & Training
- Good to excellent command of English. (MANDATORY)
- PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) and / or ITIL certification is a plus
