Responsibilities

• Catalog management at standard, advanced, and ultra levels (updated every 3 months)
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (client presentation)
• Basic experience with Ariba
• Forecasting for around 35+ thousand users with devices reaching end of life in the next ninety days, including pre planning and PO creation
• Handling existing device end of life
• Onboarding of new users (Asset Management)
• Managing a 2-3% buffer at each site
• Device refresh activities (EMEA + globally)
• Dell quotations, delivery, and inventory management in CMDB
• Laptop termination, return, and disposal
