Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our dynamic team in Clairvaux.

As an Information Security Analyst you will be responsible for protecting our company’s information systems and data from potential cyber attacks and threats. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, monitoring network activity and providing recommendations for improving security protocols.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of information security principles, excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
• Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or incidents and respond promptly to any potential threats.
• Investigate security breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Stay updated with the latest information security trends and technologies, including new cyber threats, vulnerabilities, tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Conduct regular security awareness training for employees to educate them on potential risks and how to prevent them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of common information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), etc.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or GIAC are a plus.
