Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead - 3 Months Rolling Contract - France

RED now has a new contract opportunity for an Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead to join one of our key partners for a PIM run&decommissioning project. The initial contract will be for3 months with scope for extension. This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote. Candidate must be based in France

Specific skills/experience required:

• Strong experience with Informatica PIM in a support / BAU environment
• Proven experience in application support and run operations
• Combination of technical and functional expertise (configuration, troubleshooting, and user support)
• Experience managing incidents, defects, and service requests
• Strong knowledge of data structures, workflows, and product data management
• Experience with data validation and data quality management
• Familiarity with ITIL / incident management processes
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes/workarounds
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• Experience in Retail
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Able to join ASAP (within 2-4 weeks of offer)
