Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organisation's Data Management strategy, ensuring alignment across all data-related initiatives.
Lead and oversee data-focused projects covering governance, data quality, metadata management, and information lifecycle processes.
Evaluate, implement, and optimise Data Management technologies, including Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality Management (DQM), and Data Catalog solutions.
Analyse, document, and continuously enhance data processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Produce clear project reporting and dashboards, communicating progress, key risks, and decision points to senior stakeholders.
Partner with business, IT, and data teams to ensure successful cross-functional delivery of Data Management initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years' experience within Information Systems, including a minimum of 3 years managing Data Management or Data Governance programmes.
Strong understanding of Data Management principles, including governance frameworks, data quality, lifecycle management, and business rules.
Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level) to support collaboration within an international environment.
Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms or tools.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence solutions that support data quality and governance.
Experience working across multinational organisations or complex, cross‑functional business environments.
