Influencer & Creator Manager

Responsibilities

• Research & Identification: Pinpoint influencers who fit our criteria and whose audiences align with our target demographic.
• Outreach & Negotiation: Engage influencers with personalized messages, ensuring they fully grasp the vision behind the Nomad Air Travel bag.
• Collaboration & Monitoring: Assist influencers during the content creation phase to ensure they remain aligned with the brand's ethos and oversee the publication process.
• Feedback & Reporting: Post-collaboration, provide a comprehensive report detailing the campaign's performance metrics and audience engagement.

As a small company, you will wear many hats.

Roles & Additional Responsibilities

• Finding more influencers and creators
• Reviewing influencers and creators that apply for our program
• Answering questions from the creators
• Ensuring they are the right fit to do a video review for us
• Outlining the scope of work we need them to do
• Providing them with the messaging and material they need
• Ensuring creators sign contracts and agreements
• Making sure they get the product
• Reviewing the video reviews of creators
• Providing creators guidelines on how to post their videos
• Monitoring the creators’ post
• Managing the ongoing relationship with creators
