About The Role
Cozycozy is building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform. As the Influence Marketing Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day execution of influencer, creator, UGC, and paid social creative campaigns across multiple international markets.
Your Mission
Help us scale Cozycozy’s influencer marketing internationally by ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and with strong creative ideas that improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Outreach & Creator Coordination
- Source, identify, and qualify relevant influencers, creators, agencies, and UGC profiles across multiple markets.
- Manage outreach, email communication, follow‑ups, reminders, briefing, and day‑to‑day creator coordination.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, posting dates, deliverables, content approvals, usage rights, and tracking to make sure nothing is missed.
- Briefs, Scripts & Creative Requests
- Write clear and inspiring briefs and scripts for influencers and creators based on campaign goals, brand guidelines, trends, and winning creatives.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, talking points, copywriting angles, and content ideas that creators can easily adapt to their own style.
- Turn paid social learnings and performance insights into concrete creator requests to improve future influencer and UGC content.
- Campaign Operations & Paid Social Support
- Maintain influencer databases, outreach trackers, campaign dashboards, briefs, and reporting documents.
- Collect, organize, and upload approved influencer and UGC content into platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or other relevant ad tools.
- Support active paid campaigns by organizing creative assets and applying learnings from performance analysis.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor influencer, UGC, and paid social creative performance, and prepare clear updates with key insights and recommendations.
- Identify which creators, hooks, formats, scripts, and messages perform best, and turn these learnings into future creator briefs.
- Stay on top of influencer marketing, UGC, paid social, travel and platform trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a similar field. A strong portfolio and hands‑on experience are more important than a specific diploma.
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator coordination, UGC, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing outreach, follow‑ups, trackers, deadlines, and multiple creator conversations simultaneously.
- Strong writing skills: clear, persuasive briefs, scripts, and hooks that creators can execute.
- Sharp eye for social trends, creator formats, and ad angles that actually perform.
- Comfortable analyzing creative performance and identifying which hooks, formats, messages, and creators work best.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar tools.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Portfolio or examples of past campaigns, briefs, scripts, creator outreach, or content projects are a strong plus.
