INFIRMIER COORDINATEUR - H/F

Position Title

INFIRMIER(E) COORDINATEUR - H/F (1 poste) – CDI, Temps plein – Saint‑Quentin, Nord Pas de Calais.

Location

Saint‑Quentin, Nord Pas de Calais (59, 62).

Responsibilities

• Advisor and support to the coordinating physician to facilitate communication with nursing teams.
• Lead and animate the nursing team of the service, providing personalized advice in relation to the coordinating physician.
• Organize and animate pole or sector meetings.
• Set up and animate group exchanges of practices.
• Participate in quality audits and monitor quality indicators.
• Animate internal training for new hires and the entire nursing personnel of the pole.
• Perform VIP actions, participate in prevention activities and workplace interventions.
• Manage a 50% workload for coordination missions.
• Travel within the sector as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational medicine and prevention, within an inter‑company service, autonomous service, or company.
• Good knowledge of the organization, trades and activities of a workplace health service.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Driver’s licence B required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Autonomous, project‑oriented, team‑spirit, dynamic and motivated.

Compensation

• Gross monthly salary: 4,000 € over 12 months.
• Benefits: health insurance, provident fund, restaurant tickets, R.T.T.
