Industrialization Project Lead: Innovation & Production

The Bel Group in Boué (Hauts-de-France) is seeking an industrialization project manager to lead projects from brief to handover across production, maintenance, quality, purchasing, logistics, planning and central support teams.

You will supervise risk analyses, trials, and industrialization of new formats, ensuring safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with R&D and suppliers; you will report on progress and ensure certifications are maintained.
