Industrialization Methods Engineer M/FAs part of our development in the defense sector, we are looking for our future Industrialization Methods Engineer M/FResponsible for launching new products into production and optimizing existing industrial processes, your main tasks will be as follows:Lead the industrialization of new products, from design through to the start of series production
Define and optimize manufacturing processes and routings
Implement or upgrade the industrial resources required for production
Contribute to defining workstations, tooling, and equipment.
Write and update technical documentation
Analyze production issues and propose action plans
Take part in FMEAs
Work closely with the various teams (Production, Quality, etc.)
Monitor suppliers
With a Bac+5 (Master’s level) degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production or an equivalent field, you ideally have at least 5 years’ initial experience in industrialization, methods, or continuous improvement, in a complex industrial environment, ideally in the defense sector.
You are proficient in manufacturing methods and processes, as well as continuous improvement tools: Lean, 5S, Kaizen ...and you are comfortable with office IT tools
Field- and results-oriented, you are comfortable managing cross-functional projects.
The salary offered for this position is between 40,000 and 55,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
