Job DescriptionWe are looking for a new Industrialisation Officer
Here are the main missions of the role:
Promote the achievement of industrial project objectives
- Define and manage the project industrialisation plan (schedule, qualification plan, processes, resources, operating procedures, etc.) and define technical and organisational solutions to guarantee production launch,
- Coordinate the action of production resources (methods, quality, logistics) to secure production launch,
- Define, negotiate, purchase, qualify and set up production resources within the investment budgets defined by line management (WSE),
- Define, qualify, and implement production resources and processes within the investment budgets defined by line management (Sourcing),
- Determine and implement problem-solving measures in the event of process deviations and providing expert advice in the event of major issue,
- Monitor technological developments and propose continuous improvement actions.
Co-develop products with the design office
- Provide technical knowledge on the industrial feasibility of models,
- Quantify the cost of components (only for WSE) / assembly time / CAPEX of projects in the anticipation and development phase.
Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d'Industrialisation
Voici les principales missions du poste :
Promouvoir la réalisation des objectifs des projets industriels
- Définir et piloter le plan d'industrialisation du projet (planning, plan de qualification, procédés, ressources, modes opératoires, etc.) et proposer des solutions techniques et organisationnelles pour garantir le lancement en production
- Coordonner l'action des ressources de production (méthodes, qualité, logistique) afin de sécuriser le démarrage de la production
- Définir, négocier, acheter, qualifier et mettre en place les moyens de production dans le respect des budgets d'investissement définis par le management (WSE)
- Définir, qualifier et mettre en œuvre les moyens et procédés de production dans le respect des budgets d'investissement définis par le management (Sourcing)
- Déterminer et mettre en place des mesures correctives en cas de dérives process et apporter une expertise en cas de problème majeur
- Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des actions d'amélioration continue
Co-développer les produits avec le bureau d'études :
- Apporter une expertise technique sur la faisabilité industrielle des modèles
- Évaluer le coût des composants (uniquement pour WSE) / temps d'assemblage / CAPEX des projets en phase d'anticipation et de développement
Background: Engineer with 3 years of experience minimum (chemical, mecanic, production, method) or a technical profile with more experience.
In terms of softskills, we are looking for a proactive profile, not afraid to quickly work in autonomy on her scope.
Language: English B2 minimum
IT: Pack office mandatory, Illustrator and Keyshot (ideally).
