Industrial Transfer Manager – Production

Responsibilities

• Prepare request-for-quotation packages, ensuring the availability of a specification document dedicated to supplier quotations
• Serve as the technical point of contact for suppliers for all technical questions
• Participate in quotation-phase reviews/gates to provide expertise and assess the quality of supplier cost estimates
• Lead and coordinate regular technical discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Drive and coordinate industrialization actions in liaison with operational teams and in accordance with the company’s reference framework
• Produce periodic reporting for your portfolio
• Contribute to the development of best practices for industrial transfer and industrialization

Requirements

• Industrialization of PCBs and electronic boards
• Configuration management and statistical control (process capability)
• APQP methodologies (PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow Chart, Gage R&R, MSA)
• Problem analysis and resolution techniques (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA) and use of digital tools/dashboards for program management
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
