Industrial Seamstress/Upholsterer (M/F)

Buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 45 years, is looking for an Industrial Seamstress/Upholsterer (M/F) to strengthen its production team.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Industrial production and sewing

• Perform the cutting, sewing and assembly of textile pieces
• Assemble and finish the products
• Read and apply the manufacturing sheets and procedures
• Assistance with upholstery prototypes (seats)
• Use industrial sewing machines (including overlockers)

Quality and respect for deadlines

• Check the conformity of the parts produced
• Respect the production rates and quality requirements
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturing deadlines

Maintenance and work environment

• Maintain your workstation and equipment
• Perform simple adjustments or repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Vocational training (CAP/BEP) in sewing, upholstery or equivalent
• Prior experience in industry is preferred
• Mastery of sewing techniques
• Reading technical documents
• Rigour, organisation and attention to detail
