Sales Leader – Europe, Industrial Segment

Allegro seeks a transformative sales leader to drive revenue growth and build a high‑performing sales organization in the European industrial semiconductor markets. The role reports directly to the VP WW Sales – Industrial segment and is a key member of the sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute global sales strategy to achieve corporate objectives and drive revenue growth in the European industrial market.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the sales pipeline across different product lines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performance sales team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and accounts; optimize channel strategies to enhance growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches and deliver differentiated value.
  • Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and performance frameworks to monitor and drive sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue targets.
  • Partner with business lines, marketing, supply chain, finance, and other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and customer‑centric execution.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building successful sales teams in the European market.
  • Deep understanding of industrial markets, including direct B2B, channel partner and broad distribution go‑to‑market approaches.
  • Expertise navigating diverse regulatory environments and cultural nuances within the industrial sector in the region.
  • Established relationships and a strong network within the industrial markets and key partners.
  • Exceptional leadership skills: inspire, motivate, and develop high‑performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to identify market trends, develop sales strategies, and build operational plans.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy; experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing market data.
  • Data‑driven decision‑making skills to analyze market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to and engaging audiences of all types (customers, teams, leadership).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close major deals.
  • Willingness to travel internationally is often required.
