Airbus Commercial is hiring a Industrial Qualification Deployment leader (h/f) in Toulouse, France. Permanent position (CDI). The role of Responsible Quality for Airbus Manufacturing Process and Technical Leader.
In the frame of this job offer, you will join the Quality Assurance Department for Wide Body Programs (A330 A350 VSM/CL Toulouse) in charge of defining and putting in place the Quality Management system in order to put under control our processes and guarantee our POA.
In this position, you will be linked to the Head of QRT1.

Your challenges
In order to re‑inforce adherence to the Quality Standards and the Quality Assurance link to the Operations, a new role has been created called Industrial Qualification deployment leader.
Part 'Technical Leader'
- Manage the Industrial Qualification Plan at Production Unit level (definition, planning, stakeholders engagement, etc..)
- Animate Industrial Qualification monthly review with Airbus & S/C IQ Assessor
- Lead Technical weekly Review Meeting with IQ assessor
- Prepare & present Industrial Qualification results in Bilat with FAL/CL Operations WideBody
- Support IQ Assessor to trigger Root Cause Analysis in case of deviation
- Follow actions resulting from Industrial Qualification deviation
- Act as a Coach for IQ Assessor on Industrial Qualification
- Be the Technical Leader for IQ Assessor on WideBody FAL/CL (technical support, 1st escalation level, ..)
- Be the focal point For Quality to support Work specification P+Q creation or update.
Part 'Responsible Quality for Airbus Manufacturing Process (AIPI)'
- Part of RMS group as Quality referent of AIRBUS Manufacturing Process
- Participates in the technical qualification process
- Validate AIPI Quality chapter

Be the “Voice of the Process Management Team” : Cascade in local perimeter/area the process deployment & adherence strategies, the system optimization and maturity objectives.
Be the “Voice of the Operations” : Capture and expedite to the Process Owner any process (Operational report (feedback) which can improve/change the …
Way of working : Measure performance of the operated process (collection of data including adherence result) / Identify & Manage lessons learnt & best practices (operational) / Propose Process change needs / Propose Risks and Opportunities candidates / Secure business continuity.
This position is class 11 ( convention collective de la metallurgie ).
Your boarding pass
- This position requires to be engaged, act with integrity and get a globally strong Quality mindset.
- A background in Production Group would be a plus.
- Experience in performing quality assurance, in quality for programs.
- Experience in prevention and or solving methods would be a plus (APQP, DFMEA, PPS).
- Experience with link with the job description.
- Expertise in Quality fundamentals standards.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate complex subject in a synthetic manner.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with diplomacy.
- Digital Competencies would be a plus.
- Language: English and French negotiation level / Advanced++.
Vos challenges et Responsabilités Clés
1- Partie "Technical Leader – Pilotage de la Qualification Industrielle (IQ)"
- Pilotage du Master Plan de Qualification : Définir et cadencer le plan de qualification industrielle au niveau de l'Unité de Production. Assurer l'engagement des parties prenantes (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain).
- Gouvernance et Rituels Qualité : Animer les revues mensuelles et piloter les instances techniques hebdomadaires avec les évaluateurs IQ (Airbus & Sous-traitants).
- Interface Opérationnelle (Bilatérales) : Préparer et présenter les indicateurs de performance de qualification lors des points de pilotage avec les opérations FAL (Final Assembly Line) et CL (Cabin & Cargo Customization) des programmes Widebody.
- Traitement des Non-Conformités (NC) : Soutenir les évaluateurs dans le déclenchement des Root Cause Analysis (RCA) en cas de déviation. S’assurer de la pertinence des actions correctives et de leur clôture.
- Expertise et Escalade : Agir en tant que référent technique et premier niveau d'escalade pour résoudre les points de blocage liés à la qualification.
- Ingénierie de Maintenance & Qualité : Être le point focal Qualité pour la création ou la mise à jour des spécifications de travail (Work Specifications) intégrant les exigences P+Q (Procédés et Qualité).
Partie 2 : Référent Qualité des Procédés de Fabrication (AIPI)
- Référent Qualité Procédés : Intégrer le groupe RMS (Resource Management System) en tant qu'expert sur les standards de fabrication Airbus.
- Validation Normative : Participer activement au processus de qualification technique et valider formellement le chapitre "Qualité" des directives AIPI.
- Déploiement en Zone de Production (FAL, Paintshop, Electrical Center) :
- Stratégie d'Adhérence : Déployer les stratégies de conformité et s'assurer que les processus sont appliqués rigoureusement sur le terrain (Vérification de l'adhérence).
- Boucle de Rétroaction (Voice of Ops) : Collecter les retours d'expérience (REX) du terrain pour faire évoluer les méthodes de travail. Identifier les risques et opportunités pour optimiser la maturité des processus.
- Amélioration Continue : Mesurer la performance des processus via l'analyse de données, identifier les meilleures pratiques et sécuriser la continuité de l'activité (Business Continuity).
Votre "Boarding Pass" / Profil
- Expertise Qualité : Maîtrise des standards fondamentaux de la Qualité et expérience en Assurance Qualité programmes.
- Techniques : La connaissance de l'APQP, DFMEA ou PPS est un vrai plus, tout comme une expérience en milieu de production.
- Soft Skills : Esprit d'analyse, capacité à synthétiser des sujets complexes, leadership par l'influence et diplomatie.
- Langues : Anglais et Français courants (niveau négociation / Advanced++).
