Industrial Project Manager - Assembly & Digital Solutions (f/m)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Project Manager - Assembly & Digital Solutions (f/m) to join our Final Assembly Line (FAL) Industrial Assets Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a 100‑person team developing, purchasing and maintaining industrial assets for FAL operations, as well as developing assembly technologies. Your mission focuses on developing and delivering new structural assembly technologies and digital solutions within a 3‑year timeframe, ensuring technical cross‑plant harmony and supporting workshop operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and deployment of industrial assets to improve FAL manufacturing performance (SQCDP).
• Lead and support the digital solutions deployed across the FALs to optimise assembly processes.
• Support daily workshop activities and resolve technical crises related to structural assembly.
• Foster team knowledge‑sharing and ensure technical harmony across various plants and FALs.
• Drive change management and prepare advanced technological solutions for future aircraft programmes beyond the 3‑year horizon.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Project Management or a related industrial field.
• Proven experience in project and budget management, continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering tools.
• Technical expertise: mastery of aeronautical assembly processes and industrial network environments (firewalls, SFTP, IPs).
• Digital skills: programming (Python, C#, etc.), BI tools (Skywise, Looker Studio), Google Workspace and generative AI (Gemini).
• Languages: advanced proficiency in French and English (occasional business travel involved).
