Your Mission
You will join an international project in the industrial automation and special-purpose machinery sector , contributing to the installation and commissioning of automated production lines and complex industrial systems at customer sites.
You will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, installation, and industrialization , ensuring that each project meets its defined quality, schedule, and cost objectives .
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the assembly and installation of special-purpose machinery and automated production lines.
- Supervise on-site activities at customer facilities.
- Coordinate mechanical assembly, automation and electrical teams, as well as subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and key milestones.
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer during installation phases.
- Manage technical issues and coordinate the necessary corrective actions.
- Oversee quality documentation and site progress monitoring.
- Participate in equipment commissioning and validation activities.
- Provide regular project progress reports to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
How to Become a Hedonist
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or equivalent.
- Previous experience in industrial site management, special-purpose machinery installation, or automated production lines .
- Experience in automotive, pharmaceutical, automated logistics, packaging, or capital equipment environments.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly, industrial integration, and commissioning.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage customer relationships.
- Experience in project planning, quality monitoring, and industrial project execution.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites according to project requirements.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
