Industrial Program Manager

Responsable de Programme industriel (F/H) / Industrial Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the project managers of the "Equipment" stream (machines, molds, flows), ensuring alignment, consistency, and synergy with other projects and streams. Integrate HSE requirements and enforce them.
• Take full accountability for achieving targeted savings, delivering initiatives, tracking KPIs vs. targets, and implementing corrective actions or escalating as needed.
• Actively participate in the Master Plan committee and lead "Obeya room" sessions for project tracking and progress reviews.
• Identify major risks in project planning and execution and propose corrective action plans.
• Define, monitor, and optimize the use of the CAPEX envelope assigned to the stream.
• Lead change from a business point of view in terms of stakeholders and organizational impact with support from change practitioners.
• Cooperate effectively with internal departments, external stakeholders, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

Profile & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or sciences.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing environments, managing major CAPEX projects, in a dynamic setting.
• Experience in complex, international, multi‑stakeholder organizations.
• Fluency in French and English, oral and written.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mobilize, federate, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in transformation support and change management.
• Project Management or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred.
• Expertise with project management and performance monitoring tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of industrial processes and CAPEX investment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with continuous improvement culture.
