Industrial Plant Finance & Performance Lead

Le Creuset is seeking a Plant Finance Manager at its Fresnoy-Le-Grand site to oversee overall financial performance and report to the CFO. You will act as a true business partner to site management, ensuring reliable accounts, controlling production costs and supporting operational decisions.

You will lead the industrial finance function, guide monthly reports, closings, tax and cash flow optimization, and develop the team's skills. The role combines rigor with hands-on production insight.
