Job Overview

Within OneTech, you will be a key contributor driving the acceleration of the Company’s digital ambition and strategic programs, supporting the digital transformation across all Exploration & Production, Refining & Chemicals, and Gas & Renewables Power sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and expertise across all asset lifecycle stages.
• Consolidate technological know‑how and maintain the Technical Referential for operating excellence.
• Innovate and implement new technologies to address cost control, safety, integrity, monitoring, digitalization, production, and environmental footprint.
• Provide an independent and informed vision on complex technical subjects and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Lead OT/IT engineering with DCS vendors.
• Coordinate the department’s Strategic Research & Technology Program with stakeholders.
• Ensure coordination of all OT modifications across branches and on greenfield projects.
• Define validation criteria, review technical documents, challenge integrators on engineering quality.
• Mentor staff and deliver training sessions.
• Contribute to the qualification and deployment of new technical solutions.
• Maintain and update the technical reference framework, considering obsolescence, cybersecurity, and company needs.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in engineering (MSc, BSc, BEng) with 10–15 years’ experience in automation, digitalization, instrumentation, and control & safety systems.
• Knowledge and experience in the Oil & Gas industry, offshore or onshore, and in renewable energies is an advantage.
• Leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Problem‑solving orientation and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in French is beneficial.
