Industrial Customer Care Leader – After-Sales Excellence

Krones FBL in France, Belgium and Luxembourg seeks a Customer Care Manager to lead post-sales activity for a defined client portfolio in France. You will act as the central service contact, anticipate client needs, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

You will travel regularly (up to 50%), build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and report on KPIs, always aligning with Krones' standards and portfolio knowledge.
