Industrial Automation Engineer (Multi-Site)

We are looking for an Industrial Automation Engineer (Multi-Site) to lead the OT strategy and digitalisation in the Northern Europe region.

A major industrial multinational group in full global growth , a benchmark in its sector due to its level of automation, production capacity, and an ambitious investment plan in Industry 4.0 and plant digitalisation.

Mission of the Role:

• Define and standardise OT architecture and MES system interfaces at group level.
• Lead feasibility studies, obsolescence audits, and CAPEX modernisation projects.
• Provide technical support to plants in solving complex incidents (troubleshooting) and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Deploy Industry 4.0 initiatives: industrial IoT, data integration, and OT cybersecurity.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in industrial automation (manufacturing, process industry, or automotive).
