Industrial Architect – Clairvaux, France

We are looking for a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities such as factories, warehouses and processing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, safe and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for their industrial structures
• Conduct site visits to gather information about the terrain, climate and other factors that may impact the design
• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Work closely with engineers, construction workers and other professionals to ensure the proper implementation of designs
• Monitor construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the approved designs
• Make adjustments or modifications to designs as needed based on client feedback or changes in project requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and other professionals
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1,500 per month.
