Industrial Analytics Intern: Drive ROI & Operations Insight
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to help our customers extract maximum value from the data generated by TiHive systems installed on their production sites.
This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, customer success, and industrial performance . Your mission will be to support customers in understanding their data, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating insights into concrete operational and financial value.
You will help ensure that TiHive’s solutions do not only generate data, but also deliver clear ROI through better quality, improved process control, reduced waste, and stronger production performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze data generated by TiHive systems installed at customer premises
- Identify trends, anomalies, performance drifts, and optimization opportunities
- Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for customers
- Support customers in understanding how to use TiHive data to improve quality, reduce waste, optimize raw material usage, and stabilize processes
- Help quantify value creation and customer ROI from TiHive deployments
- Contribute to regular customer reporting, dashboards, and business reviews
- Work closely with technical, application, and commercial teams to connect product performance with customer outcomes
- Help structure methodologies to measure impact, track KPIs, and demonstrate value over time
- Support issue analysis from a business and operational perspective, not just a technical one
- Build customer-facing materials that explain results in a clear, credible, and business-oriented way
Student in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
Strong interest in data analysis, industrial operations, and customer value creation
Business‑minded, with the ability to connect technical or operational signals to financial and strategic impact
Comfortable working with data sets, KPIs, trends, and performance indicators
Able to understand industrial environments and customer pain points
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences
Rigorous, proactive, autonomous, and structured
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial processes, quality control, or operations
- Interest in customer success, consulting, or value engineering
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
