Indirect Materials & Services Buyer

Your role in our team:
- Support and lead assigned sourcing projects for Indirect Materials & Services (IMS) from initiation to completion, aligned with category strategies and business objectives.
- Represent procurement in cross-functional meetings (kick-off, execution, review), ensuring alignment on scope, service levels/SLAs, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Manage supplier performance for indirect categories (cost, quality/service levels, delivery/lead time) and coordinate issue resolution and corrective actions with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Drive value through spend analysis, cost saving initiatives, and supplier rationalization opportunities across indirect spend, supported by fact-based reporting.
- Drive effective use of group procurement tools and systems, including K.Procure, SAC, and other digital solutions to enhance transparency, reporting, and process efficiency.
- Contribute to procurement process improvement initiatives by standardizing workflows, improving user buying channels, and reducing maverick spend through clear guidance and controls.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to governance standards.
Your profile:
- Possess degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with demonstrated responsibility for indirect materials and services categories
- Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing and supplier/vendor management in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to interpret data, prepare reports, and present insights based on facts and figures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
