Independent Real Estate PM - Short-Term Rentals

Jobtailor is seeking self-employed professionals in Nouvelle-Aquitaine to build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management. You will identify owners, persuade them to entrust management, and sign property management agreements.

You will coordinate cleaning and maintenance, manage relationships with owners and guests, and grow a recurring monthly income. Work schedule is flexible, partly remote and partly in the field, with potential to recruit City Managers and earn commissions.
