Location: Based in or around Bordeaux

Compensation: Commission-Based / Uncapped Earnings

RENOVA8 is a growing renovation and property project management company serving homeowners, expatriates, investors, and property owners across Bordeaux, the Gironde, and surrounding areas.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Independent Business Development Consultant to help generate new business opportunities and develop relationships throughout the region.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role suited to a self-motivated individual who enjoys networking, creating opportunities, and delivering results.

As RENOVA8 works with both international and French clients, candidates must be confident communicating professionally in both English and French, both verbally and in writing.

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting renovation opportunities into signed contracts. This is a business development role focused on generating new clients and opportunities for RENOVA8.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify homeowners, recent property buyers, investors, and expatriates planning renovation, refurbishment, extension, or property improvement projects
  • Generate qualified renovation leads through networking, referrals, local business relationships, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients requiring renovation and construction services
  • Introduce potential clients to RENOVA8 and support opportunities through to signed contracts

Network Development

  • Build strong relationships with estate agents, notaries, architects, interior designers, relocation consultants, and other industry professionals
  • Develop long-term referral partnerships that generate ongoing business opportunities
  • Position RENOVA8 as a trusted renovation and project management partner within the local property market
  • Actively expand RENOVA8's network across Bordeaux, the Gironde, and surrounding areas

Business Development & Sales

  • Qualify client requirements and renovation objectives
  • Present RENOVA8's services to prospective clients
  • Follow up opportunities and maintain regular contact with prospects and referral partners
  • Contribute to the continued growth of RENOVA8 across the region

Candidate Profile

  • Strong sales and business development instincts
  • Ability to generate opportunities independently
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Fluent in both English and French (essential)
  • Able to communicate confidently with both international and French-speaking clients and industry professionals
  • Experience in property, construction, relocation, hospitality, luxury services, or B2B sales would be advantageous
  • Existing local contacts and professional networks would be beneficial but are not essential

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Commission is paid on renovation projects that proceed to a signed contract with RENOVA8.
