About the CompanyA European market leader for Incentive Compensation Management, Primeum currently employs around 40 staff, and specialises in helping major companies implement incentive schemes for their teams (particularly in commercial departments). The Consulting team, made up of around 15 staff, is looking for a consultant with 1 - 2 years of experience in order to support its development both in France and internationally.
Job descriptionThe role covers two main areas of activity:
Working on projects providing assistance to our clients, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Auditing variable bonus schemes
- Drawing up specifications and creating incentive schemes
- Designing and improving methods for the setup of commercial objectives
- Creating simulations of effects generated
Where major clients have outsourced the delivery of their bonus schemes to us, you will carry out the following duties:
- Interfacing directly with the client
- Specification of client needs
- Scheduling and quality management
The role will involve working closely with the project manager (manager/partner).This post will develop naturally towards managerial, commercial and project management duties.
Skills required- Graduate of a major business or engineering school
- Native English and fluent in French (speaking & writing)
- Excel ninja
- Self-confidence
- Fluency with figures and data analysis
- Ability to carry out analysis in an intelligible and pedagogical manner, and “make the figures talk”
- Desire and capacity to join a small workforce
- Ability to form and maintain relationships with various other parties
- Ability to integrate and share values such as togetherness and team spirit
Available, autonomous, and organised, you have the ability to adapt rapidly to change and the needs of our clients.
The consultant will be based at the Primeum office (Paris, 8th arrondissement).The role will require you to travel for short business trips (1 week max.) all over the world
