In-Stock Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily in-stock management of bulky item warehouse, including storage location management, regular cycle counting, inventory accuracy control and stock adjustment. Resolve abnormal inventory issues, monitor core KPIs such as inventory integrity, storage utilization and stock turnover. Standardize on-site warehousing and 5S housekeeping workflows, optimize storage layout and goods placement, reduce inventory variances, and maintain safe, standardized and accurate inventory operation. xtajcwe

Job Requirements

1. 1+ years of warehouse inventory management experience, bulky goods DC experience preferred;

2. Familiar with warehouse cycle counting, inventory calibration and abnormal processing;

3. Data-sensitive, meticulous and responsible for inventory data management;

4. Possess basic on-site team management and process optimization capabilities;

5. Able to independently troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.
