In-Service Engineer M/F
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an In‑Service Engineer (f/m) to join our In‑Service Engineering department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing innovative engineering services and supporting global airline operations. As part of the Cabin & Cargo Systems team, you will provide technical solutions aimed at safely returning aircraft into service and increasing airline autonomy.

Your challenges
- Provide immediate troubleshooting assistance to global customers to safely return aircraft into service.
- Identify and propose solutions to increase airline autonomy, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
- Monitor system performance, investigate root causes of emerging issues and launch corrective actions.
- Act as the voice of the customer in new product developments and system modifications to ensure deliverables are customer‑oriented.
- Propose and develop innovative engineering services, including on‑site assistance and workshops.
Your boarding pass
- Significant knowledge in aeronautics or airline business and operations.
- Strong technical expertise in aircraft systems such as Supplemental Cooling, Equipment and Furnishings, Fire Protection, Ice/Rain Protection, Oxygen, or Water/Waste.
- Excellent coordination skills to interface with customers, design offices, vendors and internal departments.
- High autonomy with the ability to quickly adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Negotiation level in English.
