In‑House Legal & IP Counsel – Global Defence Tech

Alta Ares is seeking a Legal & IP Counsel to build and lead the in‑house legal function, covering intellectual property, commercial contracts, and corporate law. You will work closely with the CEO/COO to protect IP, structure defence contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance as the company scales internationally.

This is a builder role requiring precise, discreet, and fast guidance across France, UK, US, and Ukraine.
