In-House Legal & IP Counsel — Defence Tech

Alta Ares seeks a Legal & IP Counsel to build the in-house function across IP, contracts, and corporate law. You will protect our IP, structure commercial agreements with defence clients, and ensure regulatory foundations are solid as we scale internationally.

This builder role requires establishing processes and templates, working across France, UK, US, and Ukraine, and maintaining high discretion in a sensitive defence context. French fluency is mandatory alongside strong English capabilities.
